Organic agriculture is in France one of the official signs of food quality.

The Organic Agriculture is specific by the way is produces whithout pollution and in respect of te environment. All synthetic chimicals and GMO's are banned from this type of production.

The organic production is modern and is based on natural balances. Here are the foundations for futur researches.

 

Organic production and organic products must be in accordance with many rules at two levels:

• With European rules, mentioned in two regulation agreements: 2092/91 CEE and 1804/99 CEE. The respect of these rules is shown by the European Organic logo.

•  With French stricter rules, mentioned in the REPAB F and represented by the French brand and logo AB.

 

To be sold as "Organic" ("Issu de l'Agriculture Biologique"), all products have to be checked and certified by an independant but official organism.

Every step of the organic network is analized and checked: production, processing and distribution, so that the product can be followed from the field to the plate.

In addition, food security is further insured in the networks by sytematic analysis and many actions regarding the quality management.
