Their farms are in Aquitaine and Midi-Pyrénées. However, most of them are located in the Lot et Garonne area.

This association works for:

- nature by favoring organic cattles
- regional tastes by keeping local animal breeds, fed with ingredients from the farm
- social, economic and inter-professional exchanges right for producers and consumers by creating local networks including farmers and processors from the area.

To do so, the association takes into account farmers, processors and consumers' needs.

The "Boucherie Bio" is an example of this work. After a year working together, the first members of the association got together with a local processor and created this butcher shop. It sells only products from the area.

The mushrooms fields were installed in 1870 in the Périgord area. The company SARL CHAMPIDOR first produced organic mushrooms in 1999.

This company is certified by ECOCERT. It delivers around 6 tons of fresh organic mushrooms per week all over France. They are packaged in various ways: by 3 kilos in bulk, 250g trays and 500g trays.

The Plantaurel fish farm is located on the Montbel Lake. Waters from this lake come from the Hers and are originally from the heart of the montains of Ariège.

The Montbel Lake has a surface area of 600 hectares and contains 60 milions cubic meter of water. It is the largest lake of Midi-Pyrénées. It has many advantages including a turnover rate of 1.5 so that the water is rich in oxygen which is much better for fishs. Also, waters are excellent because of the absence of human activity, agricultural of industrial, next to the lake.
